This workshop focused on the differences and similarities between the further educational system in the US, Slovenia and Ukraine. Each speaker represented a different generation, a different cultural and historic background and shared their individual educational experience.
The panel delved into the concept of alumni and how it can benefit all persons within the community: gender equality in the classical music scene, the integration of forcibly displaced persons into their new environment, and the inclusion of alumni (ex-students / ex-professors) and how they can actively guide the next generation of students at their universities / colleges.
